The Citizens4Climate (C4C) Campaign is an initiative by the Environment Protection & Climate Change Department (EP&CCD) Punjab, to encourage individuals and registered entities to create and share content about environmental protection and climate action on social media. Participants can earn "Green Coins" for qualifying content.
Green Coins are rewards given for approved environmental content. Each Green Coin has a value of PKR 10,000.
Minimum duration for a video in Individual User category is 30 seconds and 60 seconds for Registered Entity category.
No, Citizens4Climate is only for the Citizens of Punjab or Citizens who have Punjab's Domicile.

No, one video can only be submitted as either an individual or under a registered entity, not both.
The dominant part of the video i.e 60% of the video should be regarding environmental or climate change awareness to qualify.
Yes, if its registered with FBR and having the social media page with the same name as registered in FBR.
Yes, publishing one video on multiple platforms is allowed. However, each platform will be evaluated separately, and the criteria must be met for each platform individually, not collectively.
Yes, boosting or paid promotion of the video/infographic is allowed.
If you upload a video on a page that doesn't bear your name, you must submit a screenshot confirming that you are the administrator of that social media page/channel.
For Individual under the age of 18, the Green Coin payment will be received by their parent or guardian upon biometric verification. The guardian will also be required to submit an undertaking.
Each individual influencer or registered entity may publish a maximum of ten videos per month.
